What is Slither.io?

Slither.io is a snake game that features glowing worms. Collect shining orbs to grow larger and move up the leaderboard. However, the most nutritious food is other snakes. So, in the arena, defeat your opponents and eliminate their worms to collect their energy.

You can slither through a live multiplayer arena to collect shining pellets in this.io game. Each orb consumed causes your snake to grow a little longer and stouter. You can defeat other players by slinking around them and causing their heads to collide with the body of your glow worm. The other worm will then erupt into a chain of brightly glowing energy globs for you to collect.

Game Rules

Holding the mouse button or keeping the up button pressed increases your speed to attack other players or to flee from an opponent. Tap your screen twice and hold for touchscreen devices. But keep in mind that increasing your speed will shorten the length of your snake.

By tapping on "Change Skin" in the bottom left corner of the main menu, you can select a different snake. Then, in the lower right corner, tap on the "Build a Slither" icon to select a skin or create your own custom snake.

Click on the social media sharing button on the Slither.io home screen and reload the page to unlock special skins in this super game. By doing so, a new option will appear in the lower left corner from which you can select a look from several options.
